Just want to say a big thank you to the team at Spex Direct. Broke the leg on my sunglasses recently and took them back to Spex Direct. Leg couldn’t be repaired so they replaced the frames. No charge! This is the second time in as many years I have had a repair done here at no cost. A refreshing approach to customer care. Thanks again Spex Direct.

I messaged the guys with a query on Saturday after hours and got a reply within minutes. Ordered new varifocal lenses for my Ray Bans on Tuesday morning, got a call Wednesday afternoon to say they were ready. Picked them up this afternoon just in time for my holiday tomorrow.
Can’t praise these guys highly enough. Great products, fair prices and personal service that keeps me coming back!
I went to get a new pair of glasses today. I was told they might be about 4 or 5 working days. I got a call from Marie a couple of hours later saying my glasses were ready!! I couldn’t believe it!! I went down to get them and they were perfect! When I went to drive away I went back in and bought a pair of Ray Bans. I can’t wait to pick them up! Thanks Marie and the team!!! That is the best customer service I have ever received!!!
We have used Spex Direct several times over the years and always found them to be friendly, helpful and very competitive. They responded really well recently, when I accidentally broke sunglasses that I had on trial. Could not have been more professional. Good luck to them.

Thanks to everybody at the Dunfermline store for helping me choose an amazing ‘spex’ frame. The friendly and efficient staff were honest and patient while I tried on loads of frames (and used their latest ‘decision assisting’ technology – pop in to check it out!). My 8 year old daughter was also helped to choose a trendy frame which she loves! We got our glasses the next day too!!! Pop in to browse and there’s no parking restriction or time limits! Angie xxxx
